To support legal education by organizing lectures, courses and workshops to promote legal issues in professional and academic contexts.
To enable grants to support deserving upcoming lawyers or legal organizations/institutes/universities, for specific commissioned research projects.

To organize Memorial Lectures, to be held on a yearly basis, and delivered by a leading luminary in the field.
To maintain a newsletter/journal where topics of legal interest may be published.
To maintain a website where information may be freely available and accessible.
To publish books/booklets on aspects of the law for the benefit of wider society and for the layman.
Legal aid and Legal services
To promote and exchange free legal aid and services for women and the underprivileged, provided that they do not violate existing laws and abide by the constitution.
Creation of Legal Networks of Volunteers and Members
To create networks and associations to ensure that these objectives may be achieved and to encourage and assist members in this cause.
To network with relevant stakeholders, and to adopt collaborative networks with professionals from diverse disciplines.
To aid economically weaker sections of society, the destitute and downtrodden, orphans, helpless, physically and/or mentally challenged, who need financial and/or other aid, succor and upliftment without any distinction of sex, religion, caste, creed, race and/or language and any other person/s including charitable institutions / organizations in India in Education, Health etc.
